8th International Photo Contest will be held in the content of “63rd International Nasreddin Hodja Remembrance and Humor Days” in Akşehir, Konya-Turkey. This year’s topic is “Drought”. To draw attention the impact of drought on every aspect of life including natural life, ecological environment, as well as social life and economic activities, importance of our drying water resources through the art of photography we intend to organize a contest to bring Turkish and international photographers. This photo competition is under the approved rules of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and Photographic Arts Federation of Turkey (TFSF). The 8th International photography competition is organized by Akşehir Association of Photography Amateurs (AKFAD) in collaboration with the Municipality of Akşehir.
